Sayyid Yahya Adib al-Shu‘ara’ to ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma, 1890
Haji Sayyid Yahya Adib al-Shu‘ara’ (from Tabriz)'s petition discusses the pension of Mulla Yahya and ʻAbd Allah Bayg, the hardships the author went through during his pilgrimage to Mecca, and the delay in paying one-third of Mulla Yahya's belongings to his inheritors. This delay was caused by the heir of Haji Muhammad Baqir who is the Kadkhuda (village chief) of a village, which is owned by Surur al-Saltanah. Kishikchi Bashi's letters to Lalah Bashi, Haji Khanum, perhaps Nusrat al-Dawlah, and others. Some of the letters concern Kishikchi Bashi taking measures to cultivate and maintain good relations with Shukuh al-Saltanah. There is a list of gifts given by Kishikchi Bashi to the entourage of Shukuh al-Saltanah. Many of the letters are related to family affairs.
